Search for a Purchase Order

Use the Find Purchase Orders page to search for a purchase order.

To search for a purchase order, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Order to display the Find Purchase Order page.
2. Enter or select data in the filter fields above the grid. Click to the left of the Find Purchase Orders heading to display the Search Filter Profiles pop-up, which allows you to add or remove search filter fields.
3. Click Search.
4. Click on one of the grid column headers to sort by that column (optional). You can click in the top-left corner of the grid to display the Column Selector Profiles pop-up, which allows you to add or remove columns from the grid.
